KINGSPORT, TN, September 29, 2015 – Eastman Chemical Company (NYSE:EMN), manufacturer of LLumar Window Film introduces a one-of-a-kind online film viewer designed to show consumers how their vehicles will look with window tint. Insignia Group LC, leading providers of accessory sales process consulting and accessory sales software, developed the custom tool for LLumar.com applying Insignia’s software and patented process (US Patent No. 8,566,714).
On the LLumar window film viewer consumers can choose from 27 top-selling automotive brands and over 3000 individual vehicle models and trim levels with OEM paint colors from model years 2013 onward. Then guests customize front and rear windows to see how light, medium, dark or clear LLumar window tint looks with a 360° view of their vehicles before purchase and installation.
“The film viewer helps guide consumers through one of the most challenging aspects of window film purchase: envisioning what the tint will look like on their vehicles,” says Mark Gershenson Director, Global LLumar Brand Management at Eastman Chemical Company. “When consumers can see the results before they buy, they are more confident in their decisions.”
The LLumar window film viewer is now available to our global dealer and distributor network for their online use and showroom display. This unique tool adds value to the consumer buying experience and is an impressive addition for the LLumar network.
“Insignia is thrilled to have been selected by Eastman to build upon our technology and deliver visual innovation to the automotive accessories industry,” says David Stringer, Insignia Group President. “This development reinforces the value on creating an interactive, consumer shopping experience within the automotive aftermarket.”
